A huge congratulation also goes go the staff at MBDA who endured a Slimathon in aid of raising money for Crossroads Care Hertfordshire North. Again, we are very appreciative of their efforts as they managed to raise a total of £1500.00 for us.

One of our retiring Trustees, Janet Tyndale, kindly opened her garden for visitors in the Summer for 2 days. With a vast array of flowers along with a selection of very delicious cakes, the visitors were not disappointed. In May 2011 a team from Flexible Training took part in the BUPA 10k Run in London in aid of raising money for Crossroads Care Hertfordshire North. The event was managed in association with the London Marathon and the route is likely to be a part of the marathon to be used in the London Olympic Games next summer.
