Musician David Naylor suffered acquired brain injury in May 2017. Sadly, he lost his memory. One morning David heard a song in his head ~ and suddenly realised it was a song he had written and until then ~ had forgotten. Congratulations to the Broxbourne Healthy Memory Café! Their Memory Cafe Carers Meet Up won the ‘Leading Lights Award for Excellence in Partnership Working!’  Working with 17 other Organisations, they won the award from Hertfordshire NHS Community Trust for supporting carers and cared for in the community through the Café.  Congratulations for the wonderful success and excellent work!
