My name is Andrew Taylor, I am Care Services Manager at Crossroads Care Hertfordshire North and been working here since 2009. My role at CCHN is to act as CQC Registered Manager and to develop existing procedures and to add value to our organisation across many different business aspects of the charity. I have involvement with projects that are being run through CCHN including our Mental Health Service, as well as overseeing our ICT system to ensure it is fit for purpose and utilised effectively. This varied role ensures that it keeps me on my toes but allows me to help more people on a grander scale by making relevant changes to further improve the quality and reliability of our service.

My qualifications include a BA (Hons) in International Business, an NVQ Level V in Health & Social Care and an NVQ Level II in Customer Service.
