Supporting you during the pandemic

The Crossroads office team is working remotely to keep our staff and clients as safe and healthy as possible. All phones are redirected so you should be able to reach anyone you need however we hope you bear with us if during a high volume of calls you get through to a voicemail. Office support will continue 8am-5pm & in an emergency outside those hours 7 days a week. A Duty Manager is allocated every day for your queries.

The Day Centre & Peer support Meet-ups are currently closed and those clients are being supported in other ways. However we are pleased to announce that our Day Centre will be re-opening in November 2020.

Our Care and Support during the pandemic

Our care and support team are still working 7 days a week in all our districts.

We exceed Government guidelines in our safe working practices and have ensured that all staff have access to the most up to date training in infection control and all other best practise training.

To we are proud to say that we have to date have no incidents of clients being diagnosed with Corona Virus.
