Ross Bailey

Client Services Administrator

My name is Ross Bailey and I am the Client Services Administrator for Crossroads Care Hertfordshire North. I started volunteering for Crossroads in the summer of 2011 and then went into full-time employment in January 2013.

I take all new referrals that come into Crossroads and therefore act as the first port of call for people that wish to enquire about the type of services we offer – this includes both members of the public and other health professionals. I manage these referrals by forwarding them onto our Care Planners for assessments, which are then allocated for a service. The referrals I receive are managed by taking full control of our waiting lists and producing monthly key performance indicators.

I also help manage a range of volunteers that are seeking to gain office experience and looking to boost their IT and general admin skills.

My education includes a BTEC National Diploma in Business from North Hertfordshire College and a degree in Business Management from Leeds Metropolitan University.
